Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. A tracking link is sent via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate calculated at checkout. We ship across India only.
Exchanges
Exchanges within 48 hours of delivery on all full-price products.
Size or colour exchanges only. To request:
- DM @untiljuly.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number
- Tell us what you received and what you'd like instead
- We confirm availability and arrange a doorstep pickup — free of charge
- Exchange dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the original piece
Piece must be unworn, unwashed, hang tag attached. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, store credit valid for 90 days is issued.
Returns
Returns within 48 hours of delivery on all full-price products.
To request a return:
- DM @untiljuly.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason
- We confirm within 24 hours and arrange a doorstep pickup — free of charge
- Piece must be unworn, unwashed, hang tag attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
We arrange doorstep pickup for all returns and exchanges. You do not need to visit a courier or drop point.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned piece. Refunds go to the original payment method only. No cash refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — DM @untiljuly.in within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We arrange a full refund or replacement and a free doorstep pickup at our expense. No questions asked.
Anniversary Sale
Products purchased during the Until July anniversary sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All anniversary sale purchases are final. Damaged or incorrect items are still covered.
